3.2 By registering, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you, and that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
3.3 bbb999 does not knowingly permit minors to register or use the Platform. If bbb999 discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, the Account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method after verification.

4.1 Each player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, same device, same IP address, same household, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
4.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. bbb999 relies on the information provided at registration for identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance purposes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these terms.
4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bbb999 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your Account credentials.
4.4 You must notify bbb999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. bbb999 may take steps to secure the Account pending investigation, including temporarily suspending access.
4.5 bbb999 reserves the right to refuse or cancel a registration application, or to close an existing Account, at its sole discretion and without being required to provide reasons, provided that any Real Money Funds held in the Account at the time of closure are returned to the Player via the originating payment method.
5.1 bbb999 is committed to responsible gaming and the prevention of fraud and underage gambling. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, we may request identity and/or age verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driving licence; and proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months.
5.2 Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. bbb999 will not process withdrawals to unverified Accounts where verification has been requested but not yet completed.
5.3 All documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with the bbb999 Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification and will not be shared with unauthorised third parties.
5.4 Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time following a request may result in Account suspension and, where fraud or underage gambling is confirmed or strongly suspected, forfeiture of winnings in accordance with applicable law.
bbb999 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other payment channels listed in the cashier at the time of deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. bbb999 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. bbb999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. If a deposit does not appear within a reasonable time, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference.
Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in compliance with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 5.
bbb999 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours during normal operating conditions. Withdrawal processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. bbb999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal.
All transactions on the bbb999 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bbb999 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by a player's bank or payment provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.
An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bbb999 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant Account balances, up to a maximum of ৳100 per calendar month, or the full remaining balance if lower. Players will be notified before any dormancy fees are applied.
7.1 bbb999 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms detailed on the relevant promotion page, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry dates.
7.2 Bonus funds are credited to the bonus balance of your Account and are kept separate from Real Money Funds. Real Money Funds are used first in all wagering transactions unless the applicable promotion terms specify otherwise.
7.3 Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time period specified for each individual promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
7.4 bbb999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has already opted in, any bonus funds already credited to the Account will remain valid for the original stated period and under the original stated conditions.
7.5 Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to exploit bonus terms, or placing matched bets to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk, is strictly prohibited and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all associated winnings.
8.1 All bets placed on the bbb999 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sporting event. These rules are accessible from within each game and each sports betting market. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that specific game or market.
8.2 bbb999 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or as a result of a technical fault, palpable pricing error, or circumstances beyond bbb999's reasonable control. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
8.3 All RNG-based casino games on the bbb999 Platform operate on certified random number generator systems. The outcome of every spin, deal, or draw is independent of previous results. bbb999 does not manipulate game outcomes.
8.4 Live dealer games are streamed from third-party studio facilities operated by providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of live dealer games are governed by the relevant studio provider's terms, which are displayed within the game interface.

13.3 bbb999's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
14.1 bbb999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the change takes effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to prevent fraud or abuse.
